All orders are shipped from DHL & ARAMEX to GCC countries. 

DHL for International shipping. 

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your order. 

Our goal is always to ship your order same-day, but depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it.

For any orders within the middle east that exceed 400 SAR, shipping will be free.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you require a refund and this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
