TREVI does not accept returns on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Returns of incorrect or defective items will be refunded in the form of online store credit.
Selected items can be exchanged within 3days from the date you received your order. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.
